Notes on Adobe Premiere Pro versions
In order to use any .mogrt templates (not just this one) for Adobe Premiere 2017 and 2018, you have to have installed After Effects 2017 or 2018. But if you are using Premiere Pro 2019 and above, you don’t need to have After Effects installed.
