Cinematic Tension Sound Effects caters to producers who are in need of useful samples for the creation of musical backdrops, soundtracks, game music and TV and film scores. The content of this library is similar to the dark style of Scary Ambiences and Sound Effects (reviewed above), but focuses more on sequences rather than dark and desolate textures. There are plenty of impacts, synth sequences and a wide range of textures to take your compositions to the next level.

The sound design is exceptionally good and this pack is deep enough to help sustain producers who are struggling to kick start their own sci-fi, dark movies and scary video games compositions. With that being said, I’m pretty confident this sample pack will find its way to many modern producers and musicians. My favorite is the “ambiences” folders as there are plenty of gems tucked in there.
