Fresh Trim Information
Fresh Trim is designed to help keep your timeline organized by trimming layers quickly according to a variety of attributes. In all the modes, you can trim the in-point and out-points of a layer by clicking the correlating button, trim only the in-point by holding CTRL or the out-point using ALT.
Trim to KeysTrim selected layers to the first and last keyframe on the layer.
Trim to ParentTrim selected layers that are a child will be trimmed to the parent layer.
Trim to ChildrenTrim selected parent layers to the first in-point and last in-point of all the child layers.
Trim to MatteTrim the selected layers to the matte layer.
Trim to MattedTrim selected matte layers to the first in-point and last in-point of all the matted layers.
Trim to ZeroTrim the selected layers to the first and last opacity or scale keyframes with a value of zero.
Trim to SelectionTrim the last layer selected to the first in-point and the last in-point of all the other selected layers.
Trim to MarkersTrim selected layers to the first and last marker on the layer.
Trim to AboveTrim the layer to match the layer above the currently selected layer. Only one layer can be selected.
Trim to BelowTrim the layer to match the layer below the currently selected layer. Only one layer can be selected.

Trim Comp to SelectionTrim the comp to the selected layers. With no layers selected, the comp will be trimmed to the length of all the layers in the comp.
Trim to Work AreaTrim selected layers to the work area.
